Currently reliving Snake Eater on the HD collection. Playing it again, I realize now that it was just so ahead of it’s time for a Playstation 2 game. There are some current generation games out today that can’t even compare to it, and I’m talking about the popular ‘best sellers’.
I’m only 3 hours in and I’m once again gripped and astounded as I was 8 years ago on its original release. <3

Promised Kai to take some pictures of the artbook that comes with the MGS:HD Collection Ltd he sent me in december :’ I Dude, I told you already but I think you still don’t even know how much I love this. I have some of the Ashley Wood MGS books, which are great, but I have been dreaming of a Shinkawa book for yeaaaarrrsss ;-;
Also played the virtuous mission to see how HD the HD really is, honestly just expecting a somewhat crisper version of the original MGS3, but ARE YOU KIDDING IT LOOKS FUCKING AMAZING
